Prateek Gupta has been appointed as Head of Business at Mudrex, where he will lead the company’s overall business strategy, growth initiatives, and market expansion efforts. In this leadership role, he will oversee business operations across functions while driving long-term growth, customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, and organizational scale. His appointment reflects Mudrex’s focus on strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand its presence in the digital asset and fintech ecosystem.
Prateek brings extensive experience across fintech, crypto, consulting, mobility, and digital commerce, with a proven track record of building and scaling high-growth businesses. Prior to joining Mudrex, he served as Vice President of Enterprise Business at CoinDCX, where he played a key role in enterprise growth and strategic business initiatives. Earlier, at Onmeta, he led Sales and Business Development, helping simplify crypto transactions and drive Web3 adoption through strategic partnerships and growth-focused execution.
His leadership journey also includes roles at Superfone as Head of Growth, Ola as Head of Group Product Strategy, and Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as Consultant, where he worked on business transformation, growth strategy, and operational scaling initiatives.
Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at Rapido, leading marketing and customer product strategy during the company’s early growth phase and contributing to the expansion of India’s on-demand mobility ecosystem.
Prateek also spent over three years at Flipkart.com across multiple strategic roles including Manager – MP Quality, Senior Business Analyst – Business Finance Analytics, and Assistant Manager – Business Development, eBooks. During this period, he contributed to key initiatives across digital commerce, marketplace operations, analytics, and business expansion. With a career spanning startups, global consulting, fintech, and digital-first businesses, Prateek brings a strong blend of strategic thinking, execution excellence, and growth leadership to his new role at Mudrex.
