Harshvardhan Singh Solanki has been appointed as Talent Acquisition Leader – AMEAPAC (covering the Middle East, Africa, APAC, Australia and New Zealand) at Aggreko, taking on a regional leadership mandate across talent acquisition and attraction. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening talent strategies, driving effective hiring practices, and supporting Aggreko’s people agenda across the AMEAPAC region.
Prior to joining Aggreko, Harshvardhan spent over seven years with A.P. Moller – Maersk, where he held leadership roles including Regional Head – Talent Acquisition – IMEA and Area Head – Talent Acquisition & Attraction – Mekong. His experience at Maersk covered regional talent acquisition, employer branding, recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, and leadership of talent acquisition teams across multiple markets.
Earlier, Harshvardhan served as Regional Manager – People Operations at Infobip and Associate Lead – Human Resource, Talent Acquisition at Infosys, building broad expertise across talent management, HR operations, recruitment, and organizational development. He began his career with roles at Vodafone India, Capita IT Services, and Sellcraft Softech, gaining extensive hands-on experience across the recruitment lifecycle and HR operations.
With more than 15 years of experience spanning Aggreko, Maersk, Infobip, Infosys, Vodafone India, Capita IT Services, and Sellcraft Softech, Harshvardhan brings strong regional and global exposure in talent acquisition and people leadership. His appointment marks another step in his career focused on building high-impact talent strategies and enabling organizational growth through effective people practices.
