Vinit Jha has joined Prisma AI as Chief Product and Technology Officer, bringing more than 27 years of global leadership experience across product, artificial intelligence, enterprise technology, and large-scale transformation. His career spans Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Managed Services, and digital platforms, with leadership experience across complex, multi-country technology environments. Before joining Prisma AI, Vinit held senior executive roles at ANZ Bank and NTT DATA, leading enterprise transformation, cloud modernisation, technology strategy, and AI-enabled operational resilience.
He has managed technology portfolios exceeding $200 million and teams of more than 1,200 professionals across six countries. His track record includes delivering more than $150 million in productivity gains and cost optimisation, scaling platform capacity tenfold during COVID 19, and enabling 50,000 employees across 28 countries to transition to remote working with zero regulatory incidents. His industry experience spans Independent Software Vendor, Digital Messaging, E-Lending, Health & eCommerce, Managed Services, and Financial Services.
He is also recognised for his innovation-led technology leadership, having pioneered one of Australia’s early digital home loan e-lodgement platforms and holding two patents in distributed systems resilience and real-time digital messaging. At Prisma AI, Vinit will lead the company’s global product vision, AI strategy, and technology platform, with a mandate to accelerate innovation in computer vision and Operational Intelligence. He will also play a key role in scaling Prisma AI’s technology capabilities as the company enters its next growth phase. His vision is to position Prisma AI as the category leader in Operational Intelligence, turning its deep physical intelligence IP into a customer-centric, scalable, outcome-led business that enterprises choose, trust, and grow with.
This vision includes evolving Gryphos® from a custom deployment tool into a productised, multi-vertical intelligence platform, strengthening the company’s data and AI capabilities, expanding across geographies and verticals, and moving towards platform and recurring SaaS models. A Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), Vinit holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School and is a certified Scaled Agile Program Consultant (SPC). Jha’s appointment marks an important next phase for Prisma AI, strengthening the company’s technology foundation while positioning it for a more scalable, product-led, and outcomeoriented future. His leadership will support Prisma AI’s ambition to establish category leadership in Operational Intelligence and deliver intelligent, scalable solutions that create measurable outcomes for enterprises.
