Urmila Menon has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer at Front Light Building Company, taking on a strategic mandate to drive enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, modernization and AI-led innovation. Her remit spans Enterprise Systems, Customer Digital Platforms, Infrastructure & Cloud, Cybersecurity, BI & Analytics, AI & Automation, and Technology Governance.
Urmila brings more than 30 years of technology leadership experience, with a career spanning enterprise technology, product management, digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, data and AI. Most recently, she served as Chief Information Officer & Chief Information Security Officer at Tri Pointe Homes, where she led the technology portfolio across corporate and 18+ nationwide divisions and drove AI, intelligent automation, data science and digital transformation initiatives.
Earlier, as Chief Technology Officer & Chief Information Security Officer at ATI Restoration, she led the company’s next-generation business technology platform, overseeing cybersecurity, cloud engineering, ERP, CRM, digital platforms, data and analytics, product management, quality assurance and M&A integration.
Her leadership journey also includes serving as Global Vice President – Technology at Smart Energy Water, Global Vice President – Client Technology & Product Management at Allied Universal, Head of Engineering & Product Management at Arbonne, and Engineering Manager & Head of Product Management at Capital Group.
