Prashant Saxena has been appointed as Director of Quality Assurance at MCO (MyComplianceOffice), where he leads Quality Engineering strategy and transformation across the organisation’s SaaS compliance platform. His mandate focuses on strengthening product quality, test automation, performance and reliability while advancing AI-enabled and agentic Quality Engineering.
In his new role, Prashant is driving an automation-first, engineering-led quality framework through modernised automation systems, shift-left practices, risk-based testing and stronger release governance. He is also integrating quality checks into CI/CD pipelines and advancing AI-driven testing to improve efficiency, defect analysis, scalability and release predictability.
Prior to joining MCO, Prashant held senior leadership positions as Senior Vice President and Vice President – Quality Assurance at DBS Bank. Earlier, he worked with Infosys BPM, EdgeVerve and Infosys, building extensive expertise in quality assurance, test automation, performance engineering and delivery excellence.
