Neha Srivastava has been appointed as Head – R&D, Nutrition & Nutraceuticals at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, bringing over 18 years of experience across nutrition, healthcare, FMCG, R&D and innovation.
In her new role, Neha will lead the Nutrition & Nutraceuticals R&D agenda, with a focus on strengthening scientific and innovation capabilities, building a differentiated product pipeline and enabling science-led growth.
Her career spans leading organisations including Unilever, GSK Consumer Healthcare, Heinz and Nestlé, where she has held diverse R&D and technical leadership roles across nutrition, product development, innovation and operations.
With broad experience spanning R&D strategy, innovation, nutrition science, product development and capability building, Neha brings a strong cross-industry perspective to her new leadership mandate at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories.
