Deepak Gonsalves has been appointed as Director – Industrial, Energy & Mobility at Indusion Consulting, where he will lead the development and growth of the firm’s Industrial leadership hiring business across India. His mandate covers key sectors including Energy, Mobility, Manufacturing, Engineering and Infrastructure.
Deepak brings more than two decades of experience across human resources, people leadership, and HR advisory, talent management, business transformation and organizational growth. In his new role, he will build Indusion Consulting’s Industrial Practice as a strategic leadership advisory and executive search platform, partnering with promoters, CEOs, boards and senior leadership teams.
Prior to joining Indusion Consulting, Deepak served as Associate Vice President – People & Culture at Everrenew Energy. He has also held leadership positions at TAFE – Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited, and Emaar MGF Land Ltd, gaining broad experience across industrial, energy, manufacturing and corporate environments.
At Indusion Consulting, Deepak will focus on developing sector-specific talent intelligence, building marquee client relationships and creating a scalable consulting practice across Renewable Energy, Power & Utilities, EPC, Infrastructure, Engineering, Automotive, EV & Mobility, BESS and emerging energy technologies.
