Manshul Nagpal has been appointed as Sales Director for Malaysia & Singapore at Mondelez International. With a strong background in sales leadership, he is set to drive strategic growth and strengthen the company’s presence in the region.
Prior to this role, Manshul Nagpal spent over decades at Perfetti Van Melle in various leadership positions. He served as Sales Director for Indonesia, Sales Director – Modern Trade and eCommerce, and Sales Director – Modern Trade, contributing significantly to market expansion and business development.
Earlier in his career, he was associated with ITC Limited, where he held key roles such as Assistant Branch Manager for Foods in Western Uttar Pradesh & Uttarakhand, Marketing Manager for Madhya Pradesh, and Operations Manager for Uttar Pradesh & Uttarakhand. His experience spans trade marketing, distribution, logistics, and sales strategy in the FMCG sector.
