Barnali Sarkar has taken over as Head of Contracts & Procurement – North India at Godrej Properties Limited. With a career spanning over two decades, Barnali brings extensive expertise in contract management, techno-commercial operations, strategic sourcing, and supply chain leadership across the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
Prior to this role, she served as Senior General Manager – Contracts & Techno-commercial at Ascendas Firstspace, where she played a critical role in vendor management, contract negotiations, and business process optimization for large-scale industrial and warehouse projects. Her earlier stints include leadership positions at Stanza Living as Vice President – Supply Chain & Procurement, and Space Matrix as Associate Director & Head – Procurement (India), where she was instrumental in scaling procurement strategies and building operational excellence.
Throughout her career, Barnali has consistently delivered high-impact results—whether it was managing 93 projects in under five months at Stanza Living, or securing marquee client contracts at Space Matrix. Her strengths lie in bridging the gap between business vision and execution through efficient procurement processes and collaborative vendor ecosystems.
At Godrej Properties Limited, she will be driving strategic initiatives across the Contracts & Procurement function in North India, strengthening operations, building partner relationships, and ensuring seamless project delivery in line with the company’s growth plans.
