Saurabh Jolly has been elevated to Hub In-Charge – Dwarka Expressway at Signature Global, with end-to-end responsibility for P&L, project delivery, and business performance across a portfolio of 11 million+ sq. ft. His expanded mandate reflects comprehensive ownership of the development portfolio, spanning commercial performance, execution, and operational excellence.
He previously served as Vice President – PMO & Operations at Signature Global, leading operations across an approximately 39 million sq. ft. portfolio. Earlier, he was Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer at BuildRun, Vice President – PMO at M3M India, and COO at Aerodyne India, driving PropTech, real estate operations, digital transformation, and infrastructure initiatives.
Saurabh has also worked as Independent Principal Consultant – EPC & Real Estate Strategy at Executive Advisory Practice and as Deputy General Manager – Oil, Gas & Energy at Punj Lloyd Limited, gaining extensive experience across P&L management, EPC, real estate strategy, infrastructure, regulatory affairs, and international projects.
