His transition to MLL comes at a pivotal time as the company focuses on unlocking new avenues of growth and enhancing value creation in the logistics sector.
Before his new appointment, Hemant led Mahindra’s Farm Equipment Sector, a cornerstone of the group’s business with a strong domestic and international footprint. He has been instrumental in driving efficiency, profitability, and expansion across product categories and geographies. Under his guidance, the division built a robust ROCE of over 60%, establishing itself as a global leader in tractors and agricultural machinery.
