Rajeev Jain has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer at Altimetrik, marking a significant leadership addition to the company’s executive team. Based in Bengaluru, Rajeev brings over three decades of global experience in delivery management, business transformation, and operations across top-tier IT services organizations.
Before joining Altimetrik, Rajeev was the Executive Vice President at LTIMindtree, where he led Business Transformation, Talent Solutions, and IT operations. His leadership played a crucial role in streamlining operations and aligning business outcomes with strategic goals during a period of significant growth and transformation. His prior role at LTI (Larsen & Toubro Infotech) saw him steering large-scale delivery mandates and driving operational excellence in the insurance vertical.
Rajeev’s career is rich with leadership stints at marquee firms such as Majesco, Mastek, Tech Mahindra (formerly Satyam), and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he held diverse roles across geographies. From heading India center operations and delivery management to driving global accounts in Aerospace & Defense, his journey reflects a consistent track record of elevating business performance through innovation and cross-functional leadership.
An alumnus of MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur, Rajeev holds a degree in Electronics and Communication and has further honed his leadership credentials through programs at Stanford, Harvard Business School Publishing, and U21 Global. A certified Scrum Master with deep expertise in program management and strategic execution, Rajeev is well-positioned to accelerate Altimetrik’s operational efficiency and global scalability in his new role
