Satya Narayan Meena has joined M/s Oriental Structural Engineers Pvt. Ltd. as Senior General Manager – Mining marking a significant step in OSE’s continued expansion into India’s dynamic mining and infrastructure sector. With over 15 years of experience spanning mining strategy, project execution, and business development, Satya brings a rare blend of industry foresight, operational depth, and policy acumen to this new leadership role.
Before joining OSE, Satya served as Head – Strategy & Business Development at Auro Infra Pvt. Ltd (Formerly known as Aurobindo Realty & Infrastructure Pvt Ltd ), where he played a pivotal role in consortium development, acquisition of coal and mineral assets, JV structuring for MDO projects, and overseas business tie-ups. He was instrumental in mapping business potential, navigating statutory approvals, and formulating comprehensive bid strategies across both central and state PSU-led mining projects. His sharp understanding of the regulatory ecosystem and his ability to track and act on emerging legal and commercial opportunities set him apart as a strategic force in the sector. He is widely known in the industry for his sharp decision-making, strong business acumen, resourceful leadership, and integrity. A charismatic and dynamic professional, he is among the top next-gen young leaders in India’s mining space, known for his relentless pursuit of end to end operational projects excellence. He Known as a “5X Growth Catalyst”, Mr. Meena has consistently scaled businesses to 3X turnover through his commercial foresight and execution ability.
An alumnus of IIFT Delhi (MBA – International Business) and NPTI Delhi (B. Tech – Power), Satya is also PMP certified, underscoring his disciplined, process-driven approach to project management and enterprise transformation. His earlier stints at Dilip Buildcon, Lanco Infratech, and India Power further honed his capabilities across EPC project execution, bid lifecycle management, and resource planning. Notably, he played a crucial role in India’s first private coal mine commissioning in Maharashtra, demonstrating his leadership in fast-tracking high-stakes, policy-sensitive projects.
At OSE, Satya will lead the end-to-end mining business portfolio, focusing on securing and executing large-scale mining contracts, forming strategic alliances, and expanding the company’s footprint across critical resource projects. His appointment signals OSE’s strong intent to build a future-ready mining division that balances policy alignment, sustainability, and profitability.
