Michael Page has elevated Shubham Kathuria to the position of Associate Director and Practice Head – Financial Services, Public Policy, and Product Technology Practice. With this appointment, Shubham will lead and grow three high-impact verticals across North and East India, strengthening the firm’s capabilities in strategic recruitment and talent advisory.
Shubham has been with Michael Page for close to six years and has steadily risen through the ranks, reflecting his consistent performance and leadership acumen. Over the past two years, he has led the Financial Services and Public Policy practice, playing a pivotal role in building out the business and driving key leadership mandates across Banking, NBFCs, and policy-driven institutions.
Prior to joining Michael Page, Shubham worked at Kotak Mahindra Bank where he led client relationships and managed large investment portfolios. His diverse experience across finance and talent consulting brings a unique blend of insight to his new role.
Shubham is an alumnus of the International Management Institute (IMI), Delhi, where he earned his PGDM in Marketing and Finance. His new role marks a significant step forward in his career, aligning with Michael Page’s continued focus on sectoral depth and client-centric growth.
