Abhishek Chatterjee has been appointed as Director – HR India Operations at Company 3 Method India Pvt Ltd, a part of Company 3 Inc, USA. In this new role, he will lead the India People Operations for the company’s largest offshore delivery centre, overseeing a team of 18 HR professionals. His key focus will be on re-engineering people processes with a “People First” approach to drive employee happiness, energy, and operational excellence.
Abhishek brings over two decades of leadership in human resources and business operations, with a proven track record in driving large-scale organizational transformations. He is known for his expertise in leading through complex change environments, including mergers and acquisitions, scaling operations, and redefining workplace culture. His leadership style emphasizes empathy, agility, and strategic alignment of HR with business goals.
Prior to this, Abhishek held leadership roles at EXL, Wipro, Oberoi, and the Vara Group, where he played a pivotal role in managing HR transformation, talent strategy, and change management. At EXL, he successfully led people integration post-acquisition and redefined employee experience through end-to-end lifecycle management. His expertise spans talent acquisition, compensation, statutory compliance, HR shared services, and global HR operations.
