Deepti Pathak has been elevated to Deputy General Manager and Head – Human Resources at Aurore Life Sciences, marking a remarkable return and progression in her leadership journey with the organization. In this role, Deepti will spearhead critical HR functions across the company, focusing on Strategic HR Management, Organisational Development, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Experience, and Employer Branding.
This is Deepti’s second stint with Aurore, where she previously served as Lead HRBP. With over a decade of diverse experience, she has held key roles at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where she transitioned from a Research Scientist to HR Business Partner, and at Aizant Drug Research Solutions as Head – Talent Management, driving impactful people strategies.
