Dakshna Moorthy has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer at Futura Surgicare Pvt Ltd. Moorthy joins the organization with close to 24 years of experience across leading healthcare and medtech companies. Most recently, he served as Vice President & Group Head – Sales at Fortis Healthcare (IHH Group), where he led national sales operations and drove strategic business initiatives.
Prior to his tenure at Fortis, Moorthy held various commercial leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson MedTech, where he oversaw strategic customer partnerships and pioneered data analytics across the medical devices portfolio. Earlier in his career, he contributed to business development at GE Healthcare, managing sales for the maternal and infant care division in North India.
Moorthy is widely recognized for his ability to align strategy with execution, build high-performing teams, and deliver sustainable growth across complex markets. His leadership approach combines data-driven insights with a strong emphasis on customer value and innovation.
