Naveen Kolathur has been appointed as SVP – Supply Chain and Head of IT at SRM Technologies. A seasoned leader with over 25 years of global experience, Naveen brings deep expertise across supply chain strategy, digital transformation, IT infrastructure, cloud services, logistics operations, and enterprise growth.
A significant portion of Naveen’s leadership journey was with the DHL Group, where he held several senior roles across its Global Business Services (GBS) division and Global Forwarding unit. As Vice President and Global Head of Service Quality at DHL IT Services—part of the GBS arm operating out of their Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Chennai—he oversaw IT service management for over 2,000 critical applications and 6,000+ emergency incidents annually. His work ensured operational continuity, resilience, and 24/7 availability across five major business units.
He also led large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives at DHL Global Forwarding, including 4PL strategy and multi-country expansion across Thailand, Indonesia, China, and Singapore. His experience spans managing complex, cross-regional operations and building high-performance logistics ecosystems. Prior to DHL, Naveen also contributed to growth mandates at Driver Logistics.
An MBA graduate from Baldwin Wallace University and an alumnus of PSG College of Technology, Naveen combines strong academic credentials with real-world expertise in P&L leadership, service excellence, vendor management, and Lean supply chain operations. He is also a Professor of Practice at Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai.
Naveen’s appointment reflects SRM Technologies’ strategic focus on strengthening its global delivery model, embedding digital innovation, and building resilient supply chain capabilities under the SRM Group banner.
