Sanjay S Karmarkar has been appointed as the Vice President – Talent Acquisition at Jade Global, effective June 2025. Based in Pune, he will spearhead the company’s global hiring strategies, drive talent initiatives, and align workforce acquisition with Jade Global’s strategic business goals.
Sanjay brings with him over two decades of rich experience in human resources and talent management. Before joining Jade Global, he held multiple senior positions at Persistent Systems for more than 17 years, including his most recent role as Geo Head – Talent Acquisition across various global locations including the UK, Canada, and India.
His earlier stints span respected tech companies such as Conexant Systems, KPIT, Texas Instruments, Intel, and Wipro, where he consistently demonstrated his ability to scale recruitment functions, lead HR operations, and champion employee engagement initiatives.
A graduate of Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, Sanjay is known for his strategic approach to HR leadership, expertise in vendor and stakeholder management, and passion for building high-performance talent pipelines. His appointment reflects Jade Global’s commitment to strengthening its talent ecosystem as it scales for future growth.
