Prior to this, Sharukh served as the Founder of RewardCraft and held global leadership positions, including Global Compensation Manager at Mattr, Canada, and Head of Rewards at Boehringer Ingelheim and Godrej Properties. His career spans strategic HR roles across pharmaceuticals, real estate, and manufacturing, with a proven track record in wage bill optimization and workforce planning.
At Kirloskar, Sharukh is set to lead total rewards strategy, performance-linked compensation, and organizational design, contributing to the company’s goal of becoming a talent-centric enterprise.
