Aarti Kapoor has been appointed as Director – Global HR Operations & Service Delivery at McDonald’s. She will be leading the company’s global HR operations from Hyderabad, India, bringing with her deep expertise in workforce transformation, service delivery, and HR excellence.
A Six Sigma Black Belt and IIM Indore alumna, Aarti has held senior HR leadership roles at top-tier organizations including Adani Group, PepsiCo, Amazon, and American Express. Her extensive experience spans global service delivery, people operations, policy transformation, and diversity & inclusion leadership.
In this new role, Aarti is expected to drive strategic innovation in HR services, champion employee experience, and lead scalable global initiatives that align with McDonald’s mission to foster a high-performance and inclusive work culture.
