Sivakumar K has been elevated to the role of Deputy General Manager – Human Resources at Dusters Total Solutions Services Pvt. Ltd. (DTSS), a part of SIS Group Enterprises. Sivakumar joined DTSS in 2020 and has since held pivotal roles in the HR function, most recently serving as Assistant General Manager – Human Resources. In this capacity, he played a key role in streamlining end-to-end HR operations, strengthening employee engagement, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives across the southern region.
With over 15 years of experience across prominent organizations including ISS Facility Services, Compass Group, and Faber Sindoori, Sivakumar brings a well-rounded HRBP approach. His expertise spans across organizational culture, talent management, compliance, and employee relations, making him a valued asset in shaping DTSS’s human capital strategy.
