Ajit Kumar Pandey has joined Kalpataru Power Chile SpA as Head – HR & Admin, marking a significant milestone in his global HR leadership journey. Based in Santiago, Chile, Ajit takes on the responsibility of aligning people strategies with business goals in one of Kalpataru’s key international operations.
Kalpataru Power Chile is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kalpataru Projects International Limited, a leading global EPC player in power transmission and infrastructure. Known for its presence across 70+ countries, Kalpataru is focused on delivering sustainable and impactful engineering solutions. Ajit’s role at its Chile operations is expected to further strengthen the company’s people-centric foundation in Latin America.
Prior to this, Ajit held several senior HR roles over a career spanning more than 15 years at Larsen & Toubro, where he led HR for large-scale infrastructure projects including the Mumbai Metro and the High-Speed Rail corridor. His cross-functional experience spans talent management, performance systems, employee engagement, and organizational development.
