Bhavik Doshi has been elevated to the role of Director – Consumer Lending & Insurance at Native, further strengthening the company’s leadership team in its core BFSI practice. In his new role, Bhavik will continue to build on Native’s strong presence across the consumer lending and insurance space, driving leadership hiring and strategic talent advisory for clients across India.
Bhavik has been with Native since 2021, where he initially joined as Principal and was later elevated to Associate Director in 2022. Over the past three years, he has played a key role in delivering value to Native’s clients across NBFCs, housing finance companies, fintechs, and insurance providers. His deep understanding of the sector and ability to blend instinct with data have helped over 2500+ leaders find roles aligned with their professional purpose.
Prior to joining Native, Bhavik worked with Michael Page for over four years, managing mid to senior-level mandates for BFSI clients across functions like sales, credit, product, and digital. He also brings rich experience in business HR and leadership hiring from his earlier stints at Aditya Birla Finance, L&T Financial Services, and Fullerton India, where he led recruitment and HR initiatives across retail, rural, and group functions.
