Sukesh Chandra Gain has been elevated to the position of Chief Business Officer (CBO) at Birla Fertility & IVF, a part of CK Birla Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. In his new role, Sukesh will lead end-to-end P&L management for Birla Fertility & IVF and its subsidiaries, while overseeing key functions including Operations, Sales, Clinical, Strategy, Partnerships, Procurement, Project Management, and Inside Sales.
Previously serving as Senior Vice President & Head of Revenue and Operations, Sukesh played a crucial role in scaling Birla Fertility & IVF’s presence to over 50 clinics across 35 cities and 18 states, making it the third-largest IVF and infertility network in India. His leadership helped streamline operations across a large network and drive significant revenue growth.
Before joining CK Birla Group, Sukesh led International Business at NephroPlus, Asia’s largest dialysis network, where he managed P&Ls across countries like the Philippines, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Indonesia and GCC countries, spearheaded over 15 M&A and PPP deals, and played a pivotal role in international expansion. He also held leadership positions at Medlife.com, building a solid track record in healthcare strategy and business growth.
This promotion reflects Sukesh’s exceptional capabilities in scaling healthcare businesses and driving multi-functional teams. His elevation is expected to further strengthen Birla Fertility & IVF’s position as a key player in the fertility and reproductive health sector.
