Aloke Panda has been appointed as the Head – Aluminium Extrusion Business at Fenesta (Unit of DCM Shriram Ltd.), marking a significant addition to the company’s leadership team. Aloke is a seasoned business leader with nearly two decades of diverse experience in strategic B2B & B2C sales, marketing, business development, key account management, P&L and operational excellence across the mining, metal, building materials & engineering product industry.
Prior to this role, Aloke served as General Manager & Head of Building & Construction vertical at Hindalco Industries Limited (Aditya Birla Group), where he led the business for both Indian & global markets. In his earlier roles he has held senior leadership positions with Caldwell SEA Private Ltd. as Country Head – India & Southeast Asia, and with Jindal Aluminium Limited as General Manager & National Sales Head where he was instrumental in scaling sales, operations, cost management, boosting profitability, launching new products and managing strategic partnerships. His leadership style is defined by a strong winning mentality, strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and the ability to drive both team and business performance.
At Fenesta, Aloke will lead the Aluminium Extrusion business – a strategic initiative for the organization & will be responsible for end-to-end setup & operation of the new vertical including sales, business development, plant establishment, & long-term growth strategy. His appointment reflects Fenesta Building’s continued commitment to excellence and leadership in the building materials and engineering domain.
