Munish Bakshi has joined Epsilon Carbon Pvt. Ltd. as Vice President – Sales and Marketing, bringing with him more than two decades of experience in transforming businesses and accelerating revenue growth across the steel, paints, coatings, and chemical sectors. In his new role, he will lead the Carbon Black portfolio, driving both domestic and international expansion for one of India’s fastest-growing carbon solutions companies.
Prior to joining Epsilon Carbon in May 2025, Munish served as Vice President – Sales & Marketing at National Peroxide Limited, where he played a key role in business diversification, including the setup of electronic chemicals and trading operations. He was instrumental in opening new market verticals, strengthening the company’s sales strategy, and enhancing operational synergies in a competitive industry landscape.
His earlier tenure at JSW Paints saw him establish and lead the Industrial & Coil Coatings business across India and global markets, successfully shaping the organization’s growth path in a relatively new product vertical. At JSW Steel, where he spent over 12 years, Munish held multiple leadership roles including Regional Sales Manager and also gained international exposure through a one-year on-job training assignment with JFE Steel Corporation in Tokyo, Japan, focused on global alliances and export sales strategy.
Munish’s career is a reflection of strategic foresight and executional depth, with proven ability in building high-performing teams, developing robust market entry plans, and driving customer-centric transformation.
