Saradhi SV joins Supreme Facility Management Limited. as Senior Vice President – Operations further strengthening its leadership team at a critical phase of strategic expansion.
With over 27 years of distinguished experience in Operations Strategy, Integrated Facility Management, and enterprise leadership, Saradhi brings a performance-driven mindset aligned with Supreme’s commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and stakeholder value creation.
Saradhi’s career journey includes key leadership roles at globally reputed organisations. He served as Account Director (AVP – Operations) at ISS and held multiple senior positions at Sodexo, including Regional Head, National Account Director, and Senior Manager – IFM Operations, managing mission-critical portfolios across Goa and Hyderabad. His prior tenures at IMT Hyderabad, MacLellan Integrated Services, and Knight Frank India further underscore his depth of expertise in managing complex operational ecosystems.
A former Indian Navy Engineer, Saradhi spent over 15 years in uniformed service, where he gained foundational expertise in technical operations, engineering systems, and operational discipline—attributes that continue to inform his leadership approach today.
Saradhi’s academic credentials are equally impressive. He holds:
- An Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis & IIT Mumbai
- An MBA in Operations Management from ICFAI University, Dehradun
- A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Andhra University
- And has undergone specialised technical training from premier Indian Navy establishments
In his new role, Saradhi will lead Integrated Facility Management Operations, Supply Chain Management, and Operational Excellence across the organisation. He will report directly to Mr. Amol Shingate, CEO & Director.
