Nipurn (ND) Dholakia has been appointed as Director – Government, PSU & FSI India, at Veeam Software to further strengthening its leadership team in a critical vertical. With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Nipurn brings with him a distinguished track record of building and scaling enterprise sales operations across India, especially in the public sector. His new role is based out of Mumbai and is focused on accelerating Veeam’s growth in the government, public sector undertakings, and financial services segments.
Before assuming this current role in April 2025, Nipurn led the Government, PSU, and FSI business at Veeam as Sales Head, where he played a key role in delivering consistent year-on-year growth. Under his leadership, the company successfully expanded its footprint across India by aligning with key alliance ecosystems and leveraging the partner community to drive results. His strategic approach to go-to-market plans and talent hiring has been instrumental in maintaining Veeam’s competitive edge in this domain.
Nipurn’s professional journey includes key leadership roles at Dell EMC, Hitachi Data Systems, EMC, Sun Microsystems, and Ontrack Solutions, where he was instrumental in launching and growing operations across Gujarat, West India, and beyond. His experience spans enterprise account management, geo-expansion, and regional sales strategy with a sharp focus on customer needs and long-term business transformation. At Dell EMC, he achieved significant business milestones, including a 300% overachievement of annual quota during his tenure as Regional Sales Manager.
