Riddhiman Jain, CFA, has been appointed as the Managing Director, Head of Investment Strategy and Solutions at Waterfield Advisors. With over 15 years of distinguished experience across Singapore, Hong Kong, and India, Riddhiman brings deep expertise in wealth management and investment product strategy, spanning mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity, and discretionary mandates.
Prior to this, Riddhiman served as Executive Director and Head of Investments and Products for Global Wealth Management India at UBS. In this capacity, he led a comprehensive range of offerings including discretionary and advisory mandates, third-party PMS, and cross-asset execution strategies. He was also a member of the core management committee driving the UBS Wealth Management business in India, where he played a pivotal role in refreshing the mutual fund and AIF shelf and repositioning PMS offerings within a short span.
Riddhiman’s earlier tenure at Credit Suisse, spanning over a decade, saw him serve as Director and Head of Advisory Solutions APAC. He was instrumental in launching and managing Credit Suisse’s flagship CS Invest Advisory offering in the region—a human-led digital advisory platform that integrated hedge funds, institutional access, and digital tools for relationship managers. He was also part of the foundational team that established the firm’s Private Equity and Hedge Fund businesses in APAC, which grew into multi-billion dollar, high-margin offerings under his leadership.
Known for his strategic thinking and relationship-driven leadership style, Riddhiman has consistently demonstrated his ability to bridge product innovation with client needs and regulatory alignment. His move to Waterfield Advisors marks a significant step in the firm’s continued expansion and deepening of its investment advisory capabilities across India and beyond
