Geetika Bisla has been appointed as Head of Marketing at Bengaluru-based electric mobility major Ola Electric, continuing in the same capacity as her most recent position at Hero MotoCorp. With over two decades of international marketing leadership across Southeast Asia, India, and the Middle East, she brings deep expertise in brand strategy, digital transformation, and consumer engagement. At Hero MotoCorp, she played a pivotal role in steering the company’s evolution from a legacy commuter motorcycle manufacturer into an aspirational, digitally-led mobility brand, delivering record-breaking campaigns, high-impact product launches, and data-driven growth strategies.

At Hero MotoCorp, Geetika led a team of over 50 experts, managing a $5 billion portfolio of 12 iconic two-wheeler brands. Her leadership saw the launch of 14 new products in just two years, alongside the creation of the proprietary 7C Marketing Framework to drive holistic brand-building. She successfully implemented industry-first Gen AI-powered tools for customer engagement, developed India’s first hyperlocal digital platform for two-wheelers across 950 dealerships, and built vibrant rider communities through flagship events like XTracks Time Trial, SheRides, and Xpulse Fanatics. These initiatives not only modernized Hero’s brand appeal but also delivered measurable business growth.

Prior to her tenure at Hero MotoCorp, Geetika held senior global marketing roles across sectors and geographies, including Global Product Marketing Lead at Singapore-based edtech company LingoAce, Vice President Marketing & Growth for OCBC Bank’s digital youth brand FRANK, and multiple leadership roles at Samsung Electronics in Southeast Asia and Oceania. At Samsung, she spearheaded regional marketing strategies for smartphones, pioneered innovative AI-led campaigns, and transformed CRM systems serving over 70 million customers. Her early career at Millward Brown, TNS, and IMRB International provided her with a strong foundation in consumer insights, brand positioning, and market segmentation.

Known for blending creativity with data-driven decision-making, Geetika has worked across more than 25 countries, shaping iconic global brands and delivering impactful consumer experiences. Her expertise spans marketing strategy, product positioning, digital and performance media, growth hacking, customer loyalty programs, and market research. At Ola Electric, she will be instrumental in strengthening the company’s brand presence, driving consumer adoption of electric mobility, and delivering engaging, tech-enabled marketing campaigns to accelerate the shift toward sustainable transportation in India and beyond.
