Anand Rai has taken on a new role as Director – Business Consulting at Additiv, a Swiss-headquartered WealthTech firm, joining their leadership team in Dubai. In this strategic position, Anand will be instrumental in expanding the company’s presence across the Middle East, bringing his deep domain expertise and consulting acumen to help clients embrace digital transformation in wealth and private banking.
Prior to this, Anand held several leadership positions over nearly a decade at Intellect Design Arena, where he played a pivotal role in scaling their WealthTech business globally. As Vice President and Head of Product & Presales, he reported directly to the CEO and was central to acquiring Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks across India, APAC, and the Middle East. His work consistently blended strategic insight with strong GTM execution and deep product thinking.
Anand’s journey through the financial services ecosystem has been both diverse and inspiring—ranging from his early days at ICICI Bank, where he turned around underperforming branches into profitable, to leading enterprise-level business development and transformation programs at Intellect. His career reflects a unique combination of technical proficiency, domain expertise, and people leadership.
