Roshan Kumar has been appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer at JetSynthesys, bringing with him over 17 years of extensive leadership experience across IT/ITES, manufacturing, and shared services. In his new position, he will be steering the company’s financial strategy, operational excellence, and governance frameworks to drive sustainable growth. His appointment marks a strategic step for JetSynthesys as it continues to scale its global presence in the digital entertainment, gaming, and technology space.
Prior to joining JetSynthesys, Roshan served as Associate Vice President at Piramal Pharma Ltd, where he contributed to strengthening the company’s financial performance and operational efficiencies. His most notable tenure was at A.P. Moller – Maersk, where, as General Manager, he led a global finance team of over 240 professionals, managed variable costs for the Americas, drove large-scale platform rollouts, and successfully integrated Hamburg Sud’s operations for North America. His ability to deliver cost optimization, enhance processes, and ensure compliance earned him recognition as a high-impact finance leader.
Roshan’s career is distinguished by leadership roles across renowned organizations such as CSS Corp, Finablr, Danaher Corporation, and Wipro Infrastructure Engineering. At CSS Corp, he restructured global finance processes, optimized working capital management, and provided strategic insights to the board and audit committees. During his time at Finablr, he was instrumental in setting up the Finance Shared Services Centre for 22 countries, delivering multimillion-dollar efficiencies, implementing robotic process automation, and playing a key role in the company’s IPO preparations.
His earlier leadership experiences include serving as CFO for Wipro Kawasaki and Wipro Do Brasil, where he managed full-scale business operations including finance, HR, and supply chain, achieving significant profitability improvements through cost reductions and process innovation. Starting his career at Wipro Limited, Roshan quickly demonstrated his aptitude for identifying operational gaps, streamlining processes, and introducing compliance and reporting frameworks that supported business scalability.
