Jaideep, who most recently served as Senior Vice President & General Manager – Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) at Persistent Systems, has been instrumental in driving global growth and client success across the BFSI industry segment. Over his 11-year journey with the organization, he has led several high-impact digital engineering and enterprise modernization programs, established new business lines, and significantly expanded the BFSI footprint worldwide. His leadership has been marked by a relentless focus on solving complex business challenges through technology, delivering measurable value to clients.

Before his current elevation, Jaideep held multiple senior leadership positions at Persistent, including Group Delivery Head and General Manager – BFSI, overseeing global delivery for marquee clients and managing large-scale transformation initiatives. He also served as Delivery Head for the BFSI vertical, where he led a team of over 1,200 professionals and was responsible for driving top-line and bottom-line performance. His earlier experience includes a senior leadership stint at Commonwealth Bank and a foundational career with Infosys Technologies, where he spent over eight years honing his technology and delivery expertise.
