Abhishek’s journey with Publicis Groupe began in 2021 as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition. In 2022, he was promoted to Associate Director & Lead – Talent Acquisition, where he successfully enhanced hiring processes, implemented innovative recruitment strategies, and aligned talent acquisition with the company’s dynamic business goals. Now, in his elevated role, he will spearhead strategic talent initiatives aimed at attracting, retaining, and nurturing top-tier professionals to meet the evolving needs of the organization’s diverse portfolio.
Before joining Publicis Groupe, Abhishek built a strong career foundation across multiple industries, including pharma, hospitality, retail, and communication. At Adfactors PR, he served as Manager – Human Resources, managing end-to-end HR operations for one of India’s most renowned public relations firms. His earlier professional experience includes key HR and recruitment roles at Future Group’s Foodhall, Westin Hotels & Resorts, Sofitel, and Net Employment Services, equipping him with comprehensive skills in people management, HR policy design, and talent strategy.
