A seasoned supply chain leader with over three decades of industry experience, he brings a deep well of expertise in global transportation management across industry sectors such as automotive, construction and mining equipment, engines, and consumer goods.
Ibrahim’s career includes several key leadership roles across India, the Asia Pacific region, and at the global level, managing large scale procurement and operations for multinational companies.
He has developed and executed comprehensive supply chain strategies, designed transportation solutions for new manufacturing start-ups, implemented trade & customs compliance strategies, and successfully led various transformational projects across international markets. He successfully navigated complex market disruptions including the pandemic and the Red Sea crisis, while driving innovative solutions, performance improvement, and cost optimization. His efforts consistently resulted in operational efficiency, cost reduction and recognition for excellence, including internal accolades.
At Transsafe Global Forwarding in Singapore, Ibrahim will spearhead the sourcing of its freight and logistics services globally. Lead the organization’s strategic and operational agenda – focused on delivering high-impact, value-driven logistics solutions. His leadership will be anchored in key pillars: operational and service excellence, solution and business development, customer and supplier relationship management, financial performance, compliance governance, and people development.
Ibrahim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Master’s in International Business. He is a certified Supply Chain and Logistics Professional, a Six Sigma Black Belt, and a Lean Leader.
