Since joining Capgemini in 2019, Bikash has taken on multiple leadership roles, beginning as a Program Manager, then serving as Director, and now stepping into the Senior Director position. During this time, he has successfully led large-scale data and AI initiatives, built high-performing teams, and delivered scalable solutions that align advanced technology with business priorities. His journey within Capgemini highlights his ability to blend strategic foresight with execution excellence.
Prior to Capgemini, Bikash accumulated rich experience across leading organizations such as Boeing, Cognizant, Mu Sigma, and Wipro Technologies. At Boeing, he served as a Data Scientist, contributing to advanced analytics projects, while at Cognizant and Mu Sigma he managed data science and analytics teams across domains. His early career at Wipro Technologies gave him a strong foundation in insurance analytics and risk management, setting the stage for his later leadership in AI-driven transformation.
