Kulbir Singh Grewal has been appointed as Senior Vice President – Sales at Eastman Auto & Power Limited, where he will be responsible for driving the company’s sales growth, expanding channel networks, and strengthening market presence across India. With over 32 years of experience in channel sales, product development, and OEM sales, he brings a wealth of industry expertise and proven leadership to his new role.
Before joining Eastman Auto & Power Limited, Kulbir served as Vice President – Sales at Servotech Power Systems Limited, where he significantly enhanced the company’s presence in the renewable energy market. His earlier leadership roles include VP – Channel Sales at UTL Solar and All India Head – Stabilizer Sales at IFB Industries Ltd, where he focused on strengthening distribution networks, customer engagement, and nationwide sales performance.
Kulbir also spent more than 16 years at Exide Industries Ltd, where he held multiple leadership positions, culminating in his role as Zonal Sales Manager – North. During this tenure, he managed industrial sales, oversaw branch operations, and developed large-scale dealer networks across northern India. He began his professional journey at NMDC Limited as a Junior Manager in Mechanical Maintenance, gaining valuable technical experience before transitioning into sales leadership.
With a career marked by successfully developing over 500 distributors and mentoring strong sales teams, Kulbir is recognized for his expertise in strategic planning, client relationship management, and market development. His appointment is expected to further strengthen Eastman Auto & Power Limited’s sales strategy and growth trajectory in the power solutions industry.
