Before taking on her new role, Ramitha served as Customer Experience Lead at Kotak Cherry, where she successfully elevated client satisfaction, strengthened partner relationships, and implemented innovative operational processes to improve service delivery. Prior to that, she was AVP of Customer Experience at SaaSPay, a fintech start-up, where she scaled customer satisfaction metrics, built high-performing teams, and played a key role in driving adoption of Buy Now Pay Later solutions for SaaS expenses.
Her career also includes leadership positions at Groww, where she managed large-scale call center operations and SEBI-related escalations for HNI customers, as well as Coverfox Insurance, where she rose to the position of AVP for Customer Service and Operations. At Coverfox, she was instrumental in managing claims across life and general insurance, launching HNI-specific processes, and spearheading business growth strategies. Earlier, at Tata AIA Life Insurance, she gained valuable experience in corporate business operations and customer service, setting the foundation for her long-standing career in financial services and insurance.
