Prior to his leadership role at KRBL, Kunal spent nearly a decade at Dabur India Limited, where he played a pivotal role in driving growth for flagship brands such as Dabur Honey, Glucose, and Tea. His initiatives included launching large-scale marketing campaigns, expanding product portfolios, and designing consumer engagement strategies that reinforced Dabur’s presence in key categories. His career began at ITC Limited, where he spent over five years in sales and branch leadership roles, gaining hands-on expertise in market operations and consumer behavior.
Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Kunal also contributes to broader industry conversations as a Board Advisor to the India Influencer Governing Council (IIGC). In this role, he supports influencer-driven marketing governance and strategy at an industry-wide level, bringing his unique perspective from both traditional FMCG and modern digital ecosystems.
