Prior to joining Grey, Mahesh served as Senior Creative Director at VML, where he led breakthrough campaigns across FMCG, healthcare, technology, and financial services. His creative vision helped deliver culturally relevant ideas that resonated with consumers while driving measurable brand impact. His leadership also extended to shaping campaigns for ICICI Bank, Maxx Flash, and Unipads, along with transformational work for Marico’s Parachute Advansed Hair Oil.
