Before joining Yatra, Sudarshan held senior leadership roles at Jio Platforms Limited, where he played a pivotal role in designing and delivering in-house, open-source-based platforms such as the Jio Product Catalog and Order Management Systems. These mission-critical solutions not only replaced legacy vendor products but also achieved TMForum certifications, boosted system performance by over 80%, and generated multi-million-dollar savings for the organization. His earlier career includes impactful roles at Xavient (now TELUS) and Wipro Technologies, where he honed his expertise in Telecom OSS/BSS, enterprise product development, and large-scale system design.
At Yatra, Sudarshan will lead the engineering strategy for the B2E vertical, overseeing the design and delivery of secure, high-performance, and enterprise-grade travel technology platforms. His focus will be on creating solutions that enhance compliance, cost optimization, and overall efficiency for corporate clients—strengthening Yatra’s vision of transforming business travel through innovation and technology.
