Satyavir (Satyavir Yadav) Singh has recently taken on the role of Head – Contract & Material Management (CMM) at Chandigarh Power Distribution Limited, part of the RPSG Group. With more than two decades of experience in supply chain, procurement, vendor management, and material management, he brings deep expertise in building robust systems and driving operational efficiency in the power and electrical manufacturing sector.
Before joining Chandigarh Power Distribution, Satyavir served as Head of Procurement at Jindal Lifestyle Limited, where he successfully led strategic sourcing, logistics management, and supply chain optimization for nearly four years. His leadership contributed significantly to streamlining processes, enhancing vendor partnerships, and ensuring cost-efficient operations.
Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Sterlite Power, Havells India Ltd., Sterlite Technologies Limited, and Raychem RPG, where he was responsible for end-to-end supply chain management, procurement of raw materials, contracting, logistics, and warehouse functions. His contributions in these roles were pivotal in strengthening supply chain resilience and driving large-scale operations across power cable and switchgear businesses.
With a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Satyavir has built a strong reputation as a result-driven professional who combines technical knowledge with strategic leadership. His proven track record of leading supply chain functions across top organizations positions him well to add significant value to Chandigarh Power Distribution’s operations.
