Karan Verma has joined Raymond Realty, where he will focus on the NRI segment with responsibilities across channel sourcing, deal closures, and pre-sales. In this capacity, Karan will leverage his deep experience in real estate sales, channel management, and business development to strengthen the company’s engagement with NRI investors and buyers.
Karan brings over a decade of expertise in the real estate and hospitality sectors, having built a strong track record across reputed organizations. Most recently, he served as Assistant General Manager at Piramal Realty, managing a significant portfolio of 8 million sq.ft. in pipeline. He has led both the South Mumbai and central Suburbs region of Mumbai, demonstrating his ability to handle diverse and high-value real estate portfolios. Prior to this, he contributed to a 1 million sq.ft. channel portfolio at The Guardians Real Estate Advisory, delivering sales worth ₹1.4B and further strengthening his credentials in channel management and business growth.
Earlier in his career, Karan held senior roles at Runwal Group, where he managed the Channel Sales vertical for Runwal My City and generated revenues of over ₹149 Cr in a single quarter as Channel Leader. He also worked with Kalpataru Limited and Lodha Group, where he was instrumental in driving channel partnerships and closing high-value transactions, including contributing ₹167 Cr in revenue as an individual contributor over a two-year period at Lodha.
Karan’s professional journey began in the hospitality and travel sectors with Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited and MakeMyTrip, where he honed his skills in customer engagement, B2C sales, and relationship management. This early experience laid a strong foundation for his transition into real estate, where he quickly established himself as a results-driven professional capable of building lasting client and channel partner relationships.
With this new chapter at Raymond Realty, Karan is poised to bring strategic depth, proven expertise, and a customer-centric focus to the company’s NRI-focused initiatives, enhancing client experiences and strengthening global engagement.
