Arpita Roy Luthra has joined Schindler India as Vice President – NI Sales, Strategy & Marketing. In her new role, Arpita will be responsible for driving growth in the New Installation business, strengthening Schindler’s market position, and enhancing stakeholder engagement across India. With over two decades of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, she brings a rich blend of strategic vision and operational expertise to the organization.
Prior to joining Schindler India, Arpita led Everest Industries Limited as National Sales & Marketing Head, where she executed comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for the Boards and Panels business. She spearheaded growth in high-value products, fostered architect and specifier engagement, and implemented innovative new product development initiatives. Under her leadership, the company witnessed sustained category growth and market-leading contributions.
Arpita has also held key leadership roles at Stallion Group Nigeria, Bharti Airtel International (Netherlands) B.V., Crown Paints Kenya Plc, Pidilite Industries Ltd, Bharti Airtel Ltd, SABMiller, and Godfrey Phillips India Ltd. Her extensive experience spans multi-country operations, enterprise strategy, and cross-functional team leadership across industries including construction, telecommunications, FMCG, and automotive.
Known for her data-driven approach and market foresight, Arpita has consistently delivered revenue growth, market expansion, and operational excellence.
