With over 21 years of experience across investment banking, general management, and business strategy, Devi brings deep expertise in real estate, industrial, logistics, data centers, and consumer brands. Her appointment reinforces CBRE’s commitment to expanding its leadership in high-value investment opportunities and alternative asset classes.
In her new role, Devi will lead the Real Assets and Private Office Investments vertical at CBRE India. She will oversee investment strategies across key sectors including data centers, industrial and logistics, education, healthcare, and alternative living formats such as co-living, senior living, and student housing. Additionally, she will spearhead private office investments for family offices, HNIs, and UHNIs, focusing on luxury residential, commercial, and income-generating real estate products.
Devi’s professional journey reflects an extraordinary blend of strategic insight and execution excellence. Prior to joining CBRE, she held leadership roles at KPMG, Deloitte, JLL, ASK, and ANAROCK, where she built and scaled the data center investment banking business from inception—closing two of India’s largest platform deals valued at $1 billion and $1.7 billion respectively. Over her career, she has advised more than 25 private equity funds and executed transactions exceeding $1.7 billion in value. Her contributions to the sector have earned her multiple accolades including Innovative Leader in Real Estate and Infrastructure (2025), Great Indian Logistics Leader (2024), and 40 Under 40 (2022).
