Shyam Katuri, CPSCM™, has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of J. Nitin Global (JNG), one of India’s most trusted and reputed global buying and sourcing agencies with offices across India, Singapore, the United States, and the Middle East. Recognized among India’s Most Influential Leaders 2025, Shyam’s appointment marks a significant step in JNG’s mission to strengthen its leadership in the global sourcing and procurement ecosystem.
With over two decades of experience spanning Walmart, IKEA, Lowe’s, and Myntra/Jabong, Shyam has been instrumental in building end-to-end sourcing operations, scaling multi-country ecosystems, and driving category expansion across industries. Known for his deep understanding of strategic sourcing, supply chain transformation, and technology-enabled process design, he brings a unique blend of strategic vision and operational excellence to his new role at JNG.
Before joining JNG, Shyam founded TWIF Technologies Private Limited, a fast-growing supply chain and raw material tech startup incubated at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad. Under his leadership, TWIF launched innovative platforms such as Vedeeo.com, a live commerce SaaS solution for SMEs, and was honored as “Tech Startup of the Year 2025” on National Startup Day. The company was later successfully acqui-hired by JNG, underscoring the alignment between TWIF’s innovation-driven approach and JNG’s global ambitions.
At JNG, Shyam will spearhead strategic initiatives focused on digital integration, market diversification, process excellence, and people-first leadership. His leadership philosophy centers on combining discipline with agility — building organizations that are both resilient and forward-looking.
