At Pyramid Consulting, Gaurav plays a key role in portfolio management and team building, ensuring that staffing strategies remain closely aligned with sales goals. His responsibilities also include acquiring new clients and supporting strategic business initiatives, including mergers and expansion efforts, aimed at enhancing the organization’s market positioning across competitive IT staffing and consulting segments.
Before joining Pyramid Consulting, Gaurav served as Senior Vice President at TekisHub Consulting Services, where he led strategic planning and client acquisition efforts that resulted in a notable increase in revenue. During this period, he oversaw operational activities, budget planning, and financial optimization while implementing CRM-driven sales strategies and team engagement initiatives to improve customer handling and overall sales performance. Earlier, he also held the role of Vice President at TekisHub Consulting Services, where he was instrumental in driving business growth, managing P&L responsibilities, and scaling inside sales operations.
Gaurav’s leadership journey also includes his tenure as AVP – Sales at Tanisha Systems, Inc, where he managed sales operations, consistently achieved quarterly targets, and built long-term relationships with CXO-level stakeholders. His focus on sales team development and customer satisfaction contributed to improved client engagement and stronger NPS outcomes.
Earlier in his career, Gaurav gained valuable exposure through account management roles at ACS Group (American CyberSystems) and IDC Technologies, Inc., managing large enterprise clients such as Infosys and Cognizant. With over a decade of experience spanning sales leadership, account management, and business development, Gaurav Pathik is well-positioned to contribute meaningfully to Pyramid Consulting, Inc’s continued growth and leadership in the global IT staffing and consulting landscape.
