Krishna Murthy S has joined BOIT GLOBAL | FINTECH as Associate Vice President & Regional Head – Support, bringing extensive experience in application support and service delivery within the fintech and insurtech domains. An ITIL-certified specialist, he is known for leading large-scale Application Management Services (AMS) operations focused on reliability, performance, and customer-centric outcomes.
In his current role, Krishna leads the Application Management and Support function, overseeing teams responsible for providing proactive and responsive support across BOIT’s products and services. His responsibilities include driving high service levels, maintaining global application support standards, and ensuring system availability, operational stability, and uptime for mission-critical applications serving insurance and banking customers.
With a strong background in support governance and operational excellence, Krishna works closely with internal teams to strengthen service frameworks and enhance the overall customer experience.
