Mr. Yogesh Singh Baveja has taken on the new role of Head – VAS and Digital Partnerships at Europ Assistance India, marking a pivotal addition to the organization’s leadership in digital service expansion and strategic alliances. With a proven track record in fintech, digital commerce, financial services, and partnership-led growth models, Mr. Baveja’s appointment signals Europ Assistance’s continued commitment to strengthening its digital business ecosystem and value-added service portfolio in the Indian market.
Before joining Europ Assistance India, Mr. Baveja served as Associate Director at Tata Digital, where he spent over three years shaping and scaling the Credit Card & EMI business across the Tata ecosystem. His work included designing product roadmaps for BNPL, EMI, and lending solutions; leveraging AI-driven credit profiling; and forging high-impact partnerships with entities such as Croma, BigBasket, Tata Cliq, and TCS. His strategic leadership enabled significant growth in financial adoption, digital onboarding, and customer affordability solutions at the national scale.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Baveja held multiple influential roles at Bajaj Finserv over a period of more than six years, where he led OEM relations and national partnerships with top consumer brands like Haier, IFB, Bosch, Voltas, Godrej, and Havells. His expertise in alliance building, revenue expansion, scheme penetration, and digital marketplace strategies contributed meaningfully to Bajaj Finserv’s dominance in consumer financing and large retail engagement. His prior responsibilities also included risk oversight, audit participation, and development of automated solutions to support market risk frameworks.
Mr. Baveja’s professional journey also spans leadership and business development positions at Vodafone and Mahindra Finance, where he drove enterprise acquisition, telecom mobility solutions, branch operations management, and financial product distribution. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional capability in managing stakeholder relationships, driving operational success, negotiating strategic collaborations, and executing innovative commercial models backed by analytics-led insights.
In his new leadership capacity at Europ Assistance India, Mr. Baveja is expected to spearhead value-added service expansion, forge digital partnerships, accelerate innovation-led consumer engagement, and strengthen market presence across mobility, travel, insurance, and lifestyle service segments.
